Terms & Conditions

By submitting an enquiry form, completing payment for a course, or accessing course materials, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use our Service.

Tensora provides online AI development courses delivered through written notebook-format materials, exercise submissions, written feedback, and scheduled mentor sessions (where applicable to the track). Courses are currently offered in English.

We reserve the right to modify course content, update materials, and change session scheduling with reasonable notice. We will inform enrolled learners of material changes by email.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Enrolment in a course is personal and non-transferable. You may not share course access with third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been violated.

You agree to:

• Submit work that is your own and not generated or copied from external sources without acknowledgement
• Engage with mentors and reviewers respectfully and in good faith
• Not share, reproduce, or distribute course materials beyond personal use
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell course content in any form
• Provide accurate information when enrolling and communicating with us

All course content, materials, notebooks, datasets, and written feedback created by Tensora remain our intellectual property. Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for your own study and professional development.

Work you produce as part of course exercises and portfolio projects belongs to you. You grant us a limited right to use anonymised excerpts of submitted work to improve course materials, without identifying you personally.

All fees are quoted and charged in Thai Baht (฿). Current course fees are:

• AI Coding Fundamentals: ฿4,100
• Building Models: Applied Course: ฿16,200
• Production AI Engineering Track: ฿34,500

Payment is due in full before course access is granted unless a payment arrangement has been agreed in writing in advance. We may discuss instalment arrangements for the longer tracks on request.

Refunds: Requests made within 7 days of payment and before any course materials are accessed will be considered for a full refund. After materials are accessed, refunds are not available. If we cancel a course before it begins, a full refund will be issued.

Enrolment confirms your place on a course or track. You are responsible for completing exercises within the course timeline. Mentor sessions must be scheduled in advance using the calendar system provided; missed sessions that are not rescheduled with 24 hours' notice may not be replaced.

We do not issue formal completion certificates. Course records, reviewed exercise portfolios, and progress notes are made available to you in your account and remain accessible after the course ends.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure course materials are accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that they are error-free or that the Service will be available without interruption.

We do not make any promises about career outcomes, employment, or income that may or may not result from completing a course. Learning outcomes depend substantially on the time, effort, and background each individual brings.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the Service.

We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including disruptions to third-party services, natural events, or communications infrastructure failures.

Either party may end this agreement. If you terminate after accessing materials, no refund applies. If we terminate your access due to a breach of these terms, no refund applies. If we terminate for reasons unrelated to a breach, we will refund any unused portion of your course fee on a pro-rata basis.

Sections covering intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through direct communication.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tensora. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our written consent.
